The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 79(FIN) "An Act relating to sport fishing operators and sport fishing guides; requiring the Department of Fish and Game to prepare and submit a report; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 79(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Tuck moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
